Wall Street Protests Continue to Spread

As the Occupy Wall Street protest entered its third week Monday, it is being taken more seriously with similar sit-in demonstrations popping up from Boston to Chicago and Los Angeles and this week the New York protest expects to swell with support from trade unions. “All day, all week: Occupy Wall Street.”

That chant was ringing through downtown Manhattan Wednesday evening as I tried to make my way back to our apartment through all the police barricades and marching protestors (the police were seriously asking everyone for IDs to get off the 4 train at Wall St.).
