The question we’re going to answer today is what can you get for a buck. You won’t go hungry, that’s for sure. Slowly but surely the dollar (or its discount cousin 99 cents) has crept into the marketplace like a sort of disruptive technology in the fast food industry. You’re not going to get a Jim Lahey Company style artisanal, gourmet pie. As a matter of fact the quality varies so much between these pizzerias that we’re not even sure what you’ll get on any given day. You only hope that the Dept. of Health has given them a “A” to hang in their window as opposed to the dreaded “C” or “Grade Pending”. Continue reading →
