Last night (November 1st) was a big night in country music. It was the 46th Annual Country Music Awards. The ceremony took place in the home of country music, Nashville, Tennessee in the Bridgestone Arena. The night was full of big performances by singers like Luke Bryan, The Band Perry, and Faith Hill. As always the Grammy Awards delivered an entertaining night, filled with emotion, good music, and interesting fashion. I think it’s safe to say that the night belonged to Adele, winning a total of six Grammy Awards including Album of the Year and Song of the Year. Although the Foo Fighters were not far behind with some big wins for their album Wasting Light. And despite the nominees for Best New Artist being a tight race with the likes of The Band Perry and Nicki Minaj in the category, it was Bon Iver who walked away with the award. Continue reading →
