This may be a bit of a stretch for the “just for smiles” series. But, as I was thinking about it, there is at least one reason I’ll be smiling once the Fall TV shows start back up again: Castle. I can hardly wait to see Nathan Fillion back on the small screen. So I figured maybe you all would have something to smile about as well … And a couple of the new shows look like they may be exciting.
If you’re in to fairytales, you’re totally in luck this season on TV. Between “Once Upon a Time” and “Grimm” there’s no shortage of the old stories being made new for 2011. Or, if you’re like me and you like to see strong female leads who know how to fight (a la Kate Beckett from Castle, or Sydney Bristow on Alias), then Charlie’s Angels will be right up your alley.
Those are really the only new shows I plan to watch at least once, but the thought of Steven Spielberg returning to dinosaur land with “Terra Nova” intrigues me. And who doesn’t love Zooey Deschanel? Her “New Girl” show may be worth watching just to see her on the screen … and it looks funny.
