I’ve been wanting to do really cool landscape images for a Just for Smiles series for a while. It’s been hard to wait for an appropriate moment. But, since April 16-24 is National Park Week I am thrilled I finally get to showcase calendar-worthy scenic photos.
When I think of national parks I have visions of Old Faithful and the super volcano below Yellowstone coming immediately to mind. But did you know there are 394 national parks in the US? And as I searched for images from around the world, there are pretty much national parks on every continent and in countries that surprised me.
National Park Week is cool because you can visit any of the nation’s national parks for free. So get out there and get exploring … after you check out these awesome images.
