The French introduced us to the ever so tiny bathing suit, the bikini, way back in 1946. And despite controversy and disapproval over the years, the bikini has become top choice for swimwear – from celebs to beach bums to all the rest of us commoners.
We now even refer to the summer as bikini season, and whether or not you’re ready for it, the celebrities are. While television shows are on hiatus, and weather is warm, the famous are coming out in full force to flaunt it (whatever “it” may be). They are showing it off at the beach, poolside, and on their private yachts and here at Newscom, we’ve got the pictures to prove it.
So while we may be jealous of their lavish vacations and envy their toned abs, but it doesn’t change the fact that we still want to know what itsy bitsy teeny weeny – possibly yellow polka dotted – bikini they will be sporting this season.
